IKEA remains undisputed leader on home furninshings market in Poland

The largest retailer of home furnishings market in Poland is IKEA, with more than twice the share of the second-place player, Agata Meble. Apart from furniture chains, the top five also includes a DIY chain, Castorama. DIY retailers are increasingly focusing on the home furnishings offer. An example is Leroy Merlin, which in 2018 launched a mobile app that helps customers plan their kitchens.

What is more, among the biggest players on the Polish market for home furnishings , apart from the chains, which specialize mainly in this type of assortment. There are also players from the DIY segment, grocery store chains and non-food discount stores, offering interior design products.
