In the course of these projects and in their immediate wake, he generated more than EUR 200m in pure profit for his clients. He has built several companies from scratch.
As an economist, he specialises in issues related to competitive analysis, building market advantages, ensuring the reorientation of companies toward customer needs, the optimisation of marketing, sales and pricing, and the rationale of the strategic decision-making processes. Most of his projects involve IT changes to systems such as ERP, CRM, BI and the development of tailored IT solutions.
