For one of the largest confectionery producers in Europe, PMR conducted a cookie test before their market launch.
Project objectives
The aim of the study was to evaluate the taste and marketing communication of filled cookies. The client wanted to gather consumer feedback before launching the product on the market.
Project details
As part of the project, we conducted 200 tests in two major cities in Poland. The study involved 200 participants – cookie consumers, including those of the brand being tested. Respondents evaluated not only the taste, appearance, and texture of the cookies but also the proposed marketing communication.
Project results
As a result of the study, the client received detailed information on how respondents rated the new product, along with suggestions for improvements.
Given the significant diversity of the sample in terms of age, gender, and place of residence, the client will be able to tailor the product and its communication to their selected target group.
